The eLife Coupler can receive your XML / EDI X12 / Excel / delimited / flat file documents from any of many possible sources (LAN Folder, FTP, HTTP Listener, POP3) and parses the received file using the pre-designed mapping (using the Coupler Mapper) and submit the data to the database using transactions.

The Coupler does that automatically without having to write a single line of code and without having to integrate generated code into your application.

Using Coupler Designer, you design (very easily) your business process which can have Ports (communication ports for B2B), Processors (Integration and parsing) and other workflow elements in a user friendly graphical designer. You can use the Coupler Mapper if you need to map data between source and destination. The Coupler Tracker; allows you to monitor the processing of inbound and outbound documents.

The Coupler support for AS2 and ebXML standards for messaging allows to immediately communicate with partners that already use these standards. Secure communication is guaranteed with the Coupler support for Digital Signatures for encrypting or/and signing documents that you send and decrypting and/or verifying documents you receive.
